I took any guess work on my Turkey or Roast Beef years ago by using a good Thermometer. I have two favorites, a prob with a thin cord that shows me right where the temperature is a any given moment that has a alarm that goes off when it reaches the temp I set. I have used many and have found the ones I love from Thermoworks...I wanted to know more about them so I contacted the VP of Marketing, Tim Robinson where I did learn a few new good tips!
